New! Celebrate Recovery - Meets every Monday from 7-9 p.m. at First Baptist Church. Celebrate Recovery is a Christ centered recovery program based on the classic 12 steps from AA and other groups. This group is a safe and anonymous place for people to come to begin being honest with themselves and others about their struggles.
Men's Ministry meets Wednesdays from 6-7:30 a.m. at BenLee's Cafe in Worthington. Men's Fraternity provides men with an encouraging process that teaches them how to live lives of authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ and directed by the Word of God. Come for "The Quest for Authentic Manhood."
A.C.E. (Adult Christian Education) classes meet each Sunday at 9:15 a.m. at the church. 3-4 classes are offered every 6-8 weeks in categories such as In-depth Bible Studies, Popular teaching DVD series, practical classes such as "Scripture Memory Experience", and a Young Married class. MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) Ministry meets twice a month here at FBC. Their goal is to provide a few hours of fellowship, fun, and help from God's Word to all moms. They meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 9:15-11 a.m. September through May.
